He is currently with the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Gwagwalada Abuja, as a consultant Urologist, Department of Surgery. His working experiences spams through Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja where he worked as consultant pathologist and the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital where he is also working as a Consultant Pathologist. Dr. Achilihu is a Fellow, American College of Cardiology. He was a Cardiologist with New York Hospital, Flushing, New York. He works at Heartland Cardiovascular Consultants, Abuja. He gathered his working experience from James Cook University Hospital in Middlesborough, the Newcastle General Hospital, Western Hospital, Edinburgh and the Walton centre for Neurosurgery in Liverpool. Dr. Ogungbo has a good clinical research and audit base with a number of publications in peer reviewed journals. He is highly interested in stroke and spinal cord injuries and has written about these conditions.
